a full service, general contractor. Our concrete division specializes in
commercial concrete construction. As a general contractor we offer complete
commercial construction as well as tenant refinishing. Our residential
division offers concrete work for owners of existing homes.

Project Experience
- Mailboxes Etc./The UPS Store – For
twelve years we have been the exclusive UPS certified contractor in
the Indiana market as well as a preferred contractor in the Illinois
and Ohio market; we have been involved in more than100 tenant
finish projects.
- The UPS Store – Waukegan, IL (2006); completed
$90,000 interior build out including demising walls, HVAC, electrical
service, restroom and tenant finish work; hired and coordinated architect
through design and construction phases
- St. Vincent Hospital and
Health Services (2006); Dugan Street extension to Women’s
Hospital $125,000. We are the exclusive, site related concrete
project contractor at all St. Vincent Hospital W. 86th St. campus
facilities.

- Body of Christ Church (Indianapolis); currently designing
and budgeting installation of commercial kitchen
